This is a paradox about the nature of dreams and reality.
I often have lucid dreams in which everything is as real as waking life. This leads me to wonder whether life itself is a dream, even if I only exist in other people's dreams. If I find myself asking "Am I dreaming? It proves me", because this question will never happen in my waking life. However, this is the essence of dreams, and I will never remember it when I need it. If I ask myself "Am I dreaming?" It seems to prove a "yes" in the dream. However, this is exactly what I often ask myself when I wake up. There is a paradox, that is to prove that a person is dreaming? Or is that life really a dream?
